In Insight with Pastor Torp regarding Lillian Gran's fight for her children, we once again meet Attorney-at-Law Erik Bryn Tvedt in conversation with Jan-Aage..
Lillian´s experienced defense attorney claims that the only thing she has done for which the courts have locked her up in Ravneberget Women's Prison in Sarpsborg for almost six months is to receive phone calls and messages from her two children. Now, she has also been forcibly admitted for psychiatric observation at Sankt Olav's Hospital in Trondheim for four weeks.
Bryn Tvedt reveals that the Police is not allowing Dr Gran to look at the more than 6000 pages and legal documents against her. This hinders a proper defense.
He also reports that there is unequivocal evidence that the situation for Lillian Gran´s children, who are in a governmentally approved foster home, has deteriorated sharply.
The defense attorney underscores that the media in Norway is not allowed to report about such cases, thus hindering information to the public.
Bryn Tvedt states: «We have made a system of injustice in Norway!»
