«New Insight» launches tonight

Insight with Pastor Torp was launched on Saturday, March 15th, 2025. This evening at 20:00 Central European Time (CET), «New Insight» launches on TV Vision Heaven and Oslo TV simultaneously, 364 days after the initial launch.

We have had great success with our talkshow with content of a high standard, featuring very relevant, experienced and insightful talkshow guests,

However, it has been obvious that we have needed to upgrade the program design, both technically and graphically.

- I am a doer, smiles Jan-Aage Torp, so I just started without any professional assistance, nor finances. I think that is a much better way to do it than to start with super high technical and design quality, but with low level content. So much Christian TV is barely worth watching - super graphics, but terrible lack of insight. 

- Jan Hanvold, the founder and president of TV Vision, Northern Europe´s largest Christian TV network, offered his best designer, the Iranian-born Arash Rezaeimehr, who is doing a fabulous job with the presentation of Insight (in English) and Innsikt (in Norwegian), says Jan-Aage enthusiastically.

- In tonight´s «New Insight», I am grateful to present as my first guest Vivek Agarwal, the Country Director for India of the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change (TBI). He was formerly a high-level executive in the World Bank, has worked on four continents, and is a graduate of Georgetown University in Washington DC. Tonight he shares with me fascinating insights into how his nation is using AI, and answers candidly questions about the ethical challenges that AI obviously brings.

During the month of March, viewers will gradually see a total product that is ready for several broadcasts a week.
